多模态影像在心血管领域的应用

为进一步促进临床决策的标准化,1月7日,由ACC、AHA等正式联合发表了“ACC/AATS/AHA/ASE/ASNC/HRS/SCAI/SCCT/SCMR/STS 2019 Appropriate Use Criteria for Multimodality Imaging in the Assessment of Cardiac Structure and Function in Nonvalvular Heart Disease”。该适当使用准则通过模拟102种相互独立的结构性心脏病、心肌病、心衰、主动脉瘤/夹层、肺动脉高压、心律不齐/器械治疗、心脏移植等临床场景,对TTE、TEE、负荷超声、多普勒、超声应变率显像、CMR、CT等多模态影像手段进行评分,指出与非瓣膜心脏病诊断相匹配的影像手段。

评分结果4-6分,该影像学被公认为可用于该临床场景;

《欧洲心脏杂志》在2019年2月初刊登了欧洲心血管影像协会( European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging , EACVI)对多模态影像在心血管领域的应用声明Multimodality imaging in cardiology: a statement on behalf of the Task Force on Multimodality Imaging of the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging”,在介绍心脏超声、核磁共振成像(CMR)、CT、CT/CMR的原理、主要特性及心血管应用的基础上,通过多模态影像参与的临床实例,具体说明其在心血管疾病诊断及治疗策略中的参与深度。该声明的核心在于倡导在欧洲范围内广泛推广多模态影像,鉴于各医院间发展的不均衡性,其中的部分推荐仅起概念性引导作用。
