Cancellations & Refunds
- Notification of cancellation and request for replique cartier refund must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
- The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:
- Before 10^th Nov 2017: Full refund of prepaid fees except for an administration charge of USD$50.00.
- 10^th~20^th Nov 2017: 50% refund of registration fee
- After 20^th Nov 2017: No Refund.
- All refunds will be processed after the event.
