大会主席

2022年12月1日至4日，由南京市第一医院、南京医科大学附属南京医院、亚洲分叉病变俱乐部（ABC）共同主办的“第十四届左主干暨冠状动脉分叉病变峰会（CBS 2022）”即将在南京以线上线下相结合的形式隆重举办。

聚焦左主干病变优化治疗，从国际视角看当前左主干病变优化处理策略，学术讲座与手术直播相结合，理论与实践相融合，为与会医师呈现复杂冠脉病变介入治疗的最新进展。

秉承着既往的学术设计理念，作为CBS的经典学术论坛之一，本届腔内影像论坛将融合金陵“印象”论坛进一步优化学术内容，以腔内影像学技术的临床应用策略为聚焦点，加速推动腔内影像技术的中国普及。结合我国腔内影像学技术当前的发展情况，冠状动脉腔内影像学论坛坛主叶飞教授率先介绍了本届腔内影像论坛的设计重心和内容亮点。

肺血管疾病病因复杂、致死致残率高。CDQI国家标准化心血管专病中心建设肺血管中心旨在全面提升全国肺血管病诊疗水平。今年我们首次在2022CBS会议平台隆重举办CDQI肺血管中心的学术年会。内容涵盖临床论坛、国际论坛、疑难病历论坛、基础研究论坛、康复及护理论坛，以及多台手术直播。本次会议邀请国内外名家大咖授课，配合直播的手术演示，立足临床诊疗基本功的提升，注重前沿及创新及国际交流及合作。希望给国内外同道们提供更好的成长平台。

本次论坛基于指南，结合我国瓣膜疾病患者的流行病学特点，从瓣膜病的解剖学特征、患者筛选到器械选择、围术期管理及药物长程管理多角度深入探讨瓣膜病的介入治疗管理方案。左心耳封堵内容着重围绕左心耳封堵的最新理论，并对左心耳封堵与常见心血管介入，如PCI的交集，进行了翔实的介绍。

本届CBS特设临床研究论坛专栏，旨在提升我国临床研究质量，提升相关循证医学证据等级，助力更多中国原创高质量研究诞生！临床研究论坛坛主葛震教授对新设临床研究论坛的亮点内容进行介绍，并表示临床研究论坛与普通的学术论坛不同，专家讲解研究时并非只聚焦于研究结论的解读，而是更注重探索研究方法，并将其应用到临床研究中去。

本次高血压论坛将从“降压达标，推动全民健康”的角度出发，紧扣高血压防治领域的诊疗前沿和最新研究成果，涵盖高血压病综合管理新理念、继发性/难治性高血压药物及器械治疗新进展等精彩内容。
