General Information

Left Main & Coronary Bifurcation Summit (CBS) was founded in 2006 as a think tank dedicated to the treatment of left main and coronary bifurcation lesions. CBS aims to improve cardiological care by refreshing fundamental researches, clinical trials, yearly published guidelines, emerged ideas and case-based discussion.

ACC官方首页报道第十届左主干暨冠状动脉分叉峰会

ACC, 2018年1月10日——第十届左主干暨冠状动脉分叉峰会(CBS)于2017年11月30日至12月3日在中国·南京成功举办。大会主席南京医科大学教授、南京第一医院陈绍良副院长成就的该领域全球范围内规模最大的会议，在三天的会议日程中，吸引了来自五大洲1200名与会者、60位国际主席团莅临参会。

本次会议的一大亮点是将自2004年着手进行的双对吻挤压技术（DK crush）系列I -VII研究进行纵向呈现，并分析介绍了DK crush技术对现今左主干(LM)和冠状动脉分叉狭窄的卓越贡献。

为期2天的冠脉影像环节特别安排了以冠状动脉粥样硬化、冠状动脉斑块及信号传递、剪切力以及虚拟血流储备分数等为主题的分会场，肺动脉高压和肺去神经方面的专家也加入了热烈的讨论。

美国介入心脏病学家，Dr. Gregg Stone, MD, FACC，代表美国心血管研究基金会发表了主题演讲并主持多场讨论。为表彰和感谢美国心血管研究基金会Gary Mintz, MD, FACC 在过去8届CBS中组织腔内影像分会场的突出贡献，CBS大会授予其事业成就奖。CBS携手JACC的联合专场——JACC心血管介入杂志研讨会暨研究者会议由JACC主编David Moliterno, MD, FACC，主持，内容涉及了转化医学、JACC心血管杂志给年轻作者和审稿人的指导意见以及JACC心血管介入杂志中文版近期工作简介等。

各国介入专家分享了140例LM和分叉狭窄病例并进行了28例PCI手术直播。其中由来自埃默里大学的医学博士Tanveer Rab参与并完成了中国首例为保护左主干而植入的Impella (Abiomed;Danvers, MA)介入术。
