General Information

Left Main & Coronary Bifurcation Summit (CBS) was founded in 2006 as a think tank dedicated to the treatment of left main and coronary bifurcation lesions. CBS aims to improve cardiological care by refreshing fundamental researches, clinical trials, yearly published guidelines, emerged ideas and case-based discussion.

摘要

2007年由中华医学会心血管病学分会多位专家组成的联合委员会制订的"慢性稳定性心绞痛诊断与治疗指南"，充分采用中国人群流行病学和临床研究证据、结合国外研究结果及指南建议，对我国稳定性冠心病（stable coronary artery disease，SCAD）的防治工作起到了重要的指导作用。近10年来，由于循证医学证据的持续更新，对于SCAD病理生理机制的认识、疾病的诊断方法及治疗手段有了更加深入的理解。为此，中华医学会心血管病学分会介入心脏病学组、动脉粥样硬化与冠心病学组、中国医师协会心血管内科医师分会血栓防治专业委员会及中华心血管病杂志编辑委员会组织专家组，在近年发布的新技术和新药物临床应用循证证据的基础上，参考国内外指南，结合我国实际情况，对2007版指南进行了内容更新，为我国SCAD患者的诊治提供依据和原则，帮助临床医生做出医疗决策。
