当老化不仅仅关乎年龄

CBSMD

有关血管老化的研究进展总结如下：

1. 血管疾病的发病和死亡率在个体间差异很大
2. 实际年龄（chronological age）无法准确评估血管老化程度
3. 应依据生物血管年龄(biological vascular age)来制定个体化心血管疾病早期预防策略

4. 生物血管老化可以通过行为和药物干预来实现


5. 共同的衰老分子机制促进与老年有关的大血管和微血管病变
6. 消除衰老细胞是预防血管疾病的一个可行的方法
7. 循环的早衰和抗衰因子(如IGF-1)调节细胞自主的血管老化过程

8. 未来的研究应该阐明传统心血管危险因素如何加剧血管老化的分子机制

9. 心血管老化(cardiovascular aging)导致心脏结构和功能的逐渐衰退。心血管衰老过程与危险因素(肥胖、高血压和动脉粥样硬化)、并发症(贫血、慢性肾脏疾病、糖尿病等)和疾病调节因素(性别、基因等)的复杂相互作用导致相关。心肌细胞线粒体（myocytic mitochondria）调控心肌衰老的过程，衰老对心血管功能的影响是多种细胞和分子机制共同作用的结果，其中最重要的是过度的氧化应激和慢性低程度炎症叠加作用并干扰心脏再生能力。
